I submitted a refill request on 4/22, order accepted and billed on 4/29 but still no shipping update. UPS app shows a pending shipment from pharmacy hub on 5/1 but says they still haven't received the package. Anyone else experienced this?

So I got the 6 month bpi starter on 3/11. I just took my last 5.0mg shot and next week I go up to 7.5mg. I jumped on the bpi early refill but they will only fill to 7mg because I still have 4 months left. Is it worth it to refill now or would I just be stuck at 7.5 for the next 10 months?
