Bought a monitor, is overclocking it recommended?

Bought a Asus TUF 27" Gaming Monitor 2560 x 1440 QHD IPS 210Hz 0.3ms AMD FreeSync Premium 2 x HDMI 2.0 1 x DisplayPort 1.4 1 x 3.5mm Earphone Jack, VG27AQ5A monitor. It's advertised online as 210hz but on the box it says overclock to 210hz.
Should I overclock this using the monitor's menu button at the back? Not sure if it'd reduce its lifespan or have any other drawbacs.

Gpu comparison

I'm comparing a few gpus for my system, 1080p gaming for now but looking to upgrade to 1440p. Prices in cad (they're really bad) but I'm looking at a 9060xt 16gb for $700, 9070 gre 12gb for around the same (700-750 range) 9070 16gb for 850-900 and 9070xt for around 950-1000+. I'm leaning towards the 9070 gre, but you can also suggest any nvidia gpus around this wide price point. Note for a 9070xt I will also need to upgrade my psu

Help me decide if this upgrade is worth it

Currently i have amd ryzen 5 2600, gtx 1060 6gb, 16gb ddr4, 477gb storage, asrock B450M pro4 r2.0 motherboard all in a deepcool macube 110 (think so). Ive had this pc for a few years and ive been wanting to play some beefier games like cyberpunk 2077, so im looking to upgrade my pc.

Currently im leaning towards getting a 5800 x3d and a 9060 xt 16gb and upgrading to a 1tb ssd as well, but i wanted some feedback. Im also considering upgrading to am5 but feel free to give me any feedback.

Loose on the budget but anything around the price point I mentioned would be appreciated but I'll consider all recommendations regardless of price :) thank yall in advance

Glorious Model O

I bought a wireless Glorious Model O and when I try to update the firmware, it fails. Will not updating the firmware hinder my mouse performance in any way?
