She post 3 days a week, super responsive to feedback, and her content is pretty great quality. If you're looking for someone to put you to sleep, she's the best!

Here's a recent video of her's I'd recommend: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pYb67DkEu3w&t=662s

Tips for Beginner Rev matching

Could use some advice or tips or how to improve at rev-matching, and also rev-matching while braking. I find it hard to isolate the pressure between the brake and throttle, perhaps it comes with more practice. I drive a 25' type r. Am open to advice

My Experience Buying a Type R in 2026

I recently asked this subreddit for their bad experiences and would like to share my own.

I called every dealer within a 4-6 hour drive of me. Most dealerships wanted a 5-10k markup on top of additional forced addons like their carbon fiber wing. One dealership quoted almost 70k starting price 🫩. I found a 1 dealership who was on the fence of letting it go at MSRP and another who was ready to sell at MSRP, they also had a high 4 star rating so figured I’d check it out. However I had to wait a couple weeks for the car to roll onto the lot. So the car comes into the lot of Monday, Salesman hmu and asks if I’d like to come and test drive and I’m like sure, I’ll come Wednesday (couldn’t do Tuesday). (Also keep in mind this is late January) So I show up around 3pm and meet the sales guy, pretty chill dude. The car is right in the middle of the dealership, we check it out, I get in it, get a feel for it- I’ve never had a car like this so was making sure it’s what I can live with.

We head back to his cubicle and start getting everything ready. We go through the usual stuff, License, etc. I let him know early in our talk that I have my own financing and won’t be using theirs, he gives me a disappointed look but doesn’t say anything rude or appear upset. He returns from the back with a paper that clearly isn’t a contract but has the price breakdown, on top of random finance numbers??? He asks for me to initial or sign it, simply just to confirm the numbers. I said I’m not signing anything with financing on it. So then he leaves and comes back with the same shit, but replaces the finance with warranty packages. I’m very matter of fact in my tone and tell him that I’m not signing anything until I get to finance, this isn’t a contract and there’s no need to sign this. After some back in fourth he gives in and takes my Bank’s finance back to their finance team ig? He comes back with a guy who literally looks like shaggy from scooby doo and he says he’s from finance. Shaggy has a handful of papers he needs me to sign, all the same ones from before, he goes through them like “will you sign this one?” And again they’re not contracts, these are like someone printed off sum stuff onto a piece of paper and want you to initial anywhere. I say no to everything which stuns the guy to become speechless and he just leaves without saying a word. Then the sales guy tells me that to use my finance, the dealership needs to rerun my credit. I’m like the hell you do? You’re not rerunning my credit, just input my finance. So I call my bank’s auto finance and get them on the line (mind you this is a partner bank of the dealership). Then the sales manager comes out guns blazing and says that the sale is being discontinued. There’s no need to go any further and that they’re not selling the car anymore to me.

I just ignore the twat and listen to my the bank’s representative, she tellls me that they don’t need to rerun my credit either. The dealership kept saying this is part of their internal audit and that it’s used to cover their back from people coming in next day saying that sales offered a lower deal so they want that lower option now. Which I’m like “uh the contract in finance is final so they can’t do that anyways dumb dumb”. Then the sales manager, still huffy and puffy, flexes that he has his own contact inside my bank and calls them. I get off the phone with my representative after I get the info i need. Now I’m sitting there with the sales manager, and sales rep. Me and the sales rep are now just sitting waiting for the manager to get off the phone, he doesnt care and just wastes my time talking to this guy. He gets off the phone and says sum like “yeah my guy said this is standard protocol and your rep isnt as educated on this so…” and then the manager tries to reset and act all calm, introducing himself now, then saying “I didn’t want to come out like that” and I responded “but you did” and his response was “well you made me” and I said “nobody made you, you’re in control of yourself, you decided how you wanted to approach and that’s what you chose” he became real quiet. Then after more of this BS of them keep insisting i sign this paper and run my credit i call the rep back, put them on speaker and have her plus the manager talk. She basically tells them like “i can walk you through how to use your system” he responds saying they know how to use it, and gives the whole spill about internal audit, requiring a credit rerun etc. he then snaps and says he just wont accept my finance or the bank in general, she laughs and asks for me to put her to my ear now. She tells me that this shit is sus and to leave, I hang up and tell them they have two options, either we skip this bs and go to finance or we need to reevaluate, manager smugly says we need to reevalute, I get up and leave. The sales rep looked like a sad little kid.

I got in my car in the lot and had to do a few work things, during that time the rep called and asked if I could just have the bank transfer the finance into their name. Ofc my bank said no. This was a great finance and the dealer wasn’t gonna beat it anyways btw. So after about 5-10 mins, the rep texts and says that they’re ready to do the deal, no signing or anything before finance, and they apologize. I look over and see the rep standing at the front door, I just sit in my car and continue working on my thing. When I get out of the car the rep approaches, I tell him 1) if that manager is my line of sight, I’m walking out. That man was unprofessional, disrespectful, and will be the deal breaker. 2) if I am asked to sign anything before finance, I walk.

I go back in, sales rep is timid now, they throw the manager into an office out of sight and don’t let him leave or come near me. Sales rep handed over a few things timidly and said like this is the “preference sheet” which is like vehicle settings. So ok that’s fine, then warrant sheet, I told him if you’re gonna waste my time then I better go. I already told him I just want the car at msrp and the package for tint and other stuff that I wanted which they already were looping in. After that, i quickly made it to finance, finance was easy and got in and out of that quick. Shi took so long that service went home so they didn’t put my wheel locks on. And it was almost 8pm. I drove home with zero experience and didn’t stall. Drove through highways and all, it’s was surprisingly easy to pick up. Went the next day and drove it for hours learning it, and I was able to drive it from A-B no problem after that.

It gets better btw, so a few days later I come home and find i have a big metal thing in my tire, near sidewall so no patch. So I call dealership and ask for this to be handled with my tire warranty, they say they dont have it in electronically yet. I tell them i have the paper contract and it says effective on (date i bought car) and they just act like it dont matter. In fact, the service guy said verbatim “im just a pawn and cant help you”. So i manage after a few days to get ahold of the general manager over the entire store and tell him my issue, he’s super apologetic and hears about my buying experience and now this he agrees that this sound crazy. So he said don’t worry about it, wheel get you in asap and send a tow over.

So the day tow arrives, GM said that they’d call at 8am and be there around 11-12, no call at 8am and we had to call the GM at 12 to have him tell us he’s surprised and that the tow company said they’ll be there at 2pm, so it’s not 3pm and they show. We follow the truck up and arrive around 4p. The service manager comes out with the Karen cut and fake corporate smile and informs us that they don’t have the machine to take my tire off bc it’s a specialty wheel. Mind u the drive here is like 45mins, nothing crazy but still like part of my day wasted. Mind you they also outsource to discount tire so I say why don’t someone just take it there and swap it, she says they have nobody who can drive it over. (Mind you there’s like 10 ppl in service just lounging around talking) so I ask if she could? She informs me that she’s brb and look at some options but the “Manager” will not be doing that kind of work, ig cus that’s so beneath her. I’ve never met a business where a manager wouldn’t step in to help fill gaps. So then the GM comes out and greets us in person finally, hears about what is currently happening and is shocked, he said he told her all day about this and that the tire is to be changed today. Which guess what, after he talks to her, they go and change my tire. I get the car back and she’s like “oh we couldn’t wash it” and im in my head like 1) idc 2) thank god you didn’t ruin my car

Mind you they still didn’t put my wheel locks on, so I had to wait until I got my first oil change to get those on. The end.
