If you couldn't get a ctr what would have been your backup?
I'll go first. G80. 🪦

Looking to do an exhaust on the type R. Do we go with a muffler delete, front resonator delete, DUAL resonator delete, or just get ash a whole aftermarket exhaust? And if so, what recommendations do you guys have?
Where are you guys buying your brakes? Or are you just getting them done at the dealer ?
Anyone messed with a takeda intake? I’ve heard they’re great for the whoosh sound and not too pricey, but in terms of performance, they’re meh. Anyone have the ability to attest to that?
Sounds really good! I would say it’s a good volume. Not terribly loud but not quiet either. I will say the drone kicks in at around 70mph. Everything thing else is stock. Great band for your buck exhaust without spending over $1k. I paid $888 for mine. No regrets… yet.
Before you comment on this post:
This is a private closed road
Was not concerned about traction nor 0-60
Im driving n shifting with 1 arm.
Im on PS4 All seasons.
I have a 2026 type r that I use for daily driving around town and to/from work. Wanted to do minimal bolt ons and exhaust if anything, but unsure of what companies are worth buying from and I’m not gonna get scammed or cheap quality parts. What do you guys think?
Finally found one, coming from a '21 STI. So hype!
Hi All,
Just got some of these for my boost blue to protect from the roads here in Puerto Rico which fling crap at my car constantly from loose gravel and rainy roads.
These seem like a no brainer trying to protect the paint long term but I’m concerned the area where this presses against will rub off the paint eventually due to vibration and dirt getting trapped there.
Does anyone have any experience with this?
Worth getting a strip of PPF or similar installed before?
Hey all,
I currently have a 2022 Honda civic and have always wanted the type R but didnt have the funds back when I bought my civic. I am wanting to get the Type R probably the next year or so but was curious has anyone gone from the normal civic to the type r? Aside from the obvious engine/performance differences, was there still a big difference in terms of looks/materials from the normal civic on the interior? Or is it basically a hatchback civic with bucket seats? While I love the Type R, its alot of money to put up and I am just curious if anyone else had did that transition and their experience (this would be my first sporty car)
Looking at the AWE touring exhaust for my FL5. Is anyone running this exhaust with the factory resonators? Does it give you any pops or crackles when decelerating?
Love this red parking garage below the cinema. Most parking buildings are designed for Golf 2 here, only a few fit the FK8 without damages.
Has anyone gone from the 10th gen accord 2.0T with 6MT to an FK8? I’ve got the accord and considering moving to the CTR. Want to hear others’ experience.
Shifter pieces- BaysonR
Dash pieces - Synth Carbon
Let me know your thoughts. Don’t plan on adding anymore carbon fiber but I think this is the perfect amount and is nice touch to the interior. Especially covering the fake carbon.
