I got a book worth 143/- on meesho. Within 7 days, it's pages began shedding terribly. I asked for a refund and the agent took it away too. However, the money never got refunded in my bank account. It said 'invalid bank details', so I entered my correct ones. Now, it's been 7 days since the book was taken away (6 since I added the correct details), but the money is nowhere to be found. Contacted customer care only for them to claim that on their end, the payment has been initiated and they can't initiate one again. What should I do? (Apologies. The payment wasn't done by paytm on my behalf, but yonosbi)
