Is anyone else’s BPI app not showing their credit card?
Is anyone else experiencing this? My BPI credit card suddenly disappeared from the app and the Cards tab just says “No cards to display.” I need to pay my credit card, but I can’t even access it.
Ive tried calling customer service, but the wait time is ridiculously long. Messenger is no help either since it’s just a bot without an option for this issue.
Anyone else having the same problem today? Or is it just me?
