The Redevelopment Board has a public hearing scheduled for Monday, July 20, at 7:30 p.m. to open a 4,426 square-foot Chase Bank and make modifications and repairs to the exterior and signage of the property located at 635 Mass. Ave.

The site, located at the intersection and abutting the Uncle Sam monument, has been a real estate office in recent years. The building has housed a bank over the years. The building is in the B5 Central Business District.

The hearing will be held in the Arlington Community Center, Main Hall, 27 Maple St. Notice is herewith given that an application has been filed on June 23, 2026, by Joshua Kline, Stonefield Engineering & Design, 120 Washington St., Salem 01970, seeking a special permit (docket #3907) in accordance with the provisions of MGL Chapter 40A § 11, and the town of Arlington Zoning Bylaw Sections 3.3, Special Permits, 3.4, Environmental Design Review, and 6.2, Signs. Total shot in the dark here, I know. The rec dept doesn’t have them in lost and found. I left two camping chairs (1 red and 1 blue, the fold up and rocking kind) at the rez. I had left them folded just below the big screen.

Did anybody happen to find them?

I’m at a loss because I can’t find anything about it, but I swear there was a post a few years back describing a family owned theme park in MA that was farm like and has a super fun, bizarre owner who dresses up and scares people on one of the rides. People were saying it’s a pretty wacky experience.

Does anyone know what park this is?
