Nerves/performance pressure

I am 16(F) and have a very important tournament in 10 days. My weakness is mainly performance pressure. I get very nervous and tend to make mistakes under pressure. An added factor is that my teammates are very mean and never understand the position. But I really need advice on how to work under pressure - are there any books I should read, anything I should do to help this? I feel this pressure even in training because it's mostly my teammates yelling at me if I make a mistake. I really need help and I'm scared since there's not much time left.

Advice for upcoming tournament

I am 16( F) and I've been playing for two years. I have recently made a comeback from a knee injury ( partial acl tear). My team mistreats me and excludes me a lot. I don't have a single friend in the team ( it's mostly popular kids and all). I have a important tournament in 2 weeks which if we win we will qualify for national level tournament. Also, there's no regular keeping training, keepers mostly have to do drills themselves or do field players drills. This is my school team and since in my country and city, much exposure for girls is not there so this is the best I could given the circumstances. I will graduate next year and find a better team but for now I just need advice as to how I can cope up with my very mean teammates and peform well in the upcoming tournament.

Need help geography practical

I know this may sound bad but I'm really bad at art work and stuff and for geography practical, in legal sheets, we have to make borders and lines inside with precise measurements, we have to do this one sheet and get 40 sheets photo copied same way. If anyone has some draft or something saved from last year maybe or something ,can they please share with me? I'll take a print out. I've really been trying but unable to make proper neat layout for the page..

Childhood trauma

I am 19(F) . I grew up with an abusive biological father who was sexually physically and emotionally abusive. I'm very scared to say this stuff because I feel people might judge me due to the sexually abusive part.

My mother left my father when I was six years old but I still remember most of the stuff he did. We moved to our maternal grandparents house. When my mother started dating someone (I was ten years old that time), my grandparents and sister being against all this caused fights at home - throwing stuff, screaming, self harm, breaking glass, extra - I've witnessed it all. Now, my mother is married to her then boyfriend and stuff is much better but I'm just tired and scarred. I can't seem to forget the past because present is good.

I've recently starting taking therapy today was my first session. It is very hard to open up about all this and to realise that I've been through all this. I'm tired and now, because of all my childhood trauma I have a lot of issues. Due to stress, I started having regular migraines with aura and was diagnosed with Migraine with aura ( when I was 12)I had a lot of migraine attacks then - I had to take injections and sleeping pills to supress them. It got better after I became an athelete (14 years) but I also developed pcod and chronic sinusitis.

My mental health and stress worsen my conditions but I'm tired of lying to people and hiding that I indeed have a lot of childhood trauma.

Need advice for Physical Education

I am in 12th grade, aiming for a perfect score. Physical education seems easy but there is an issue I am facing - since no general book is followed, I have no idea from where to write the definitions, etc from. For example, in my PA-1 examination, I wrote the same stuff from the book recommended by my school teacher (Physical Education Class 12 Big Think), and my marks were still deducted. Seniors, which book did you follow for physical education for content? Should I follow Zaki Saudagar? I have heard a lot about him.

No goal keeping training

I am a 16 F and last year of school . And in my country or more like my city there's no proper goal keeping training for girls. My school team is pretty good but the issue is that I was taught goal keeping but once I learnt, I realised that they only train the beginners. Now, we are left alone and said to train ourselves but the other player who plays as a goal keeper isn't serious at all. There's no proper goal keeping training. There are residential clubs but that would mean comprising on studies which I can't and my parents won't allow either. I want to level up but there's no good practice for it just beginner level practice for female goal keepers ( male goal keepers have better and regular training). We have to do the same drills as outfield players and barely get 10-15 minutes of time to do goal keeping in a 1.5 -2 hr practice.

What should I do? How should I level up?

How to not loose confidence as gk?

I'm a teenage goal keeper and as I mentioned in another post, my teammates constantly disrespect goal keeping and me. Maybe that is the reason but my confidence has gone so low as a goal keeper. I've started believing what my teammates tell me and I've forgotten all the amazing saves I've made. I just remember all the goals I let in. My confidence has gone so low that now I am performing bad. I've started believing i don't play well even though I do. I pushed myself way too hard and resulted in a muscle strain now on rest for 2 weeks. How to not loose confidence? ( Added factor is that I have teammates who have 0 respect for goal keeping)

I'm also a football player so I have regular training sessions so I really need to focus more on academics than others since I spend a lot of time on the ground as well. I'm struggling with Geography and History. I really like history but the problem I'm facing is I'm not able to make out what the answers of indirect questions are. Direct questions I'm able to answer. Also in Geography, the trouble I face is with maps I find them complicated.
