has anyone else had the most unstable internet connection since yesterday???? this is so annoying

watched this series again for the first time in years and all i could think about was how much potential this story built for so many different things & characters. mainly the shinigaimis & the whammy house kids. i would've loved an episode dedicated to them or even a spinoff for the shinigaimis because those were so beautifully drawn & so so so cool. no non-human being from a series comes close to the shinigaimis in deathnote. and then the whammy house, my fucking god would have it been cool to see all the characters from the whammy house. i loved watching near & mello; (though i have my critiques about near i wish he was more individual in comparison to L.) i digress, there was another character i believe came from the whammy house which was Matt. you know, the one who got shot thinking surrendering would save him. he had 2 minutes of screentime but managed to be some of the coldest characters in the series. i would've loved a background on him or something. i haven't read the manga yet but if there is more insight on some of these characters it'll definitely give me reason to read.
