Loosing Points for not Playing is BAD GAMEDESIGN

Hey there,

i am a moderate Player around 1k Elo, playing now for over 2 Years.
Because of my Work Schedule sometimes i cant play for 2-3 Weeks, but then i can play for 4 Weeks straight.
Before the update, i was always playing against people on my Skill level.
Now, because of Work, i get from Master III down to Gold 4 and i then need WEEKS just to get back up there.
But since i have to work and cant keep playing, i get downranked again. Not because i got worse and forgot everything. NO ITS BECAUSE OF THESE NEW RULES.

now i have to play against Gold IV players who cant see the difference between England and Ghana. LIKE WTF.

but alright. Punish player for not playing while also having a game with subsciption? yeah sure. MAKES SENSE.

if i could rank up faster and not have to wait a full week to get back into challenging matches, that would be a solution. but this? this is just awful. i really dislike to play nowadays cuz i am just not at my level and i cant keep up playing so regularly to get back up there.

Update/Still "no solution" to: Random Downloads of .ico file

Update to: https://www.reddit.com/r/pchelp/comments/1vd4sog/random_downloads_of_unkown_source_my_pc_is/

TLDR: Me and some other People experience random Downloads of an favicon.ico file from advertisement of Amazon website.

Hey,
After some days of research i was able to check where the downloads come from: the website is "https://s .amazon-adsystem. com/favicon. ico" (ADDED spaces so there is no link you could accidentally click on).
It seems like the download gets executed by mswebview2, which is a software for optimising Website to User/Browser communication.

My Guesses:
-Maybe Amazon did something wrong in their NetCode for cookies
-Also mswebview2 is a kinda strange programm itself, it could also have been infiltraded by adware/malware

i would love to hear other opinions on this!
so far the only work around to this is to comepletly uninstall mswebview2, but as far as i understand it, it is also doing other stuff which is not all bad for the end user so until now i avoided uninstalling it so far.
