Another meesho COD scam, beware

Got a call from delivery agent to pay for a meesho COD order of worth 350rs. Good thing none of my parents were home, so he had to call the number on the address i.e, my phone number.

None of my family members ordered it. Then realised that it's one of the scams going on by meesho and other similar online shopping apps. They're sending COD orders to real addresses with real names, and someone in the home assuming it's legit order by one of their family members and end up paying the amount, only to realise later that they've been scammed. Since the scam amount is lesser than significant amount (mostly around 20-800rs), we often hesitate to file a complaint and don't want to bare all the headaches that come with it.

I refused to even tell them the cancellation otp, since I had nothing to do with the order. So he went away for now. But he told that customer service would be calling me later for cancellation process. Idk how to deal with cancelling the things because wouldn't that mean I was the one who ordered it and that I no longer want it, therefore I'm cancelling? Or is this a new OTP scam just to get some OTP? Eitherway, beware guys, don't get scammed.

Hello, we recently shifted to guntur and trying for hiring a househelp. How do you people get maids for dishes, house cleaning etc? Is there any agency whom I can contact? Or any other way to find them?
