Is this not considered an intent wreck attempt?

My protest was denied by racecontrol because apparently they have deemed it as not an intentional wreck attempt

Hypercar says I (911GT3) made him crash in the bus stop

I'd like to get everyone's thoughts on this. I personally felt like I gave more than enough space for the Valkyrie to pass without problems.

What could I have done to avoid this?

Alright so I (M4 GT3) know this is probably on me as the chase car applying pressure, but genuinely asking how am I supposed to avoid this from happening again. Judging by the crude timeline on LMU my braking zone was about a quarter second after the 911 which when I saw what was happening in front of me, I also tried turning deeper in to try and avoid the collision but controller inputs doesn't seem to reflect true to what happens on screen a lot of the time.

I had no intention on bombing the corner to pass

It's not intentional wrecking, but I wouldn't call it unintentional

As the title points out I don't think reporting would have any outcome in this case but it really feels like a real kick in the nards when players like this white Lambo have no idea how to drive with others on the track and causing significant loss of SR bc of it (this was not the only time on the race, but the last before I packed it up)

Your thoughts are appreciated. I (bend 911) don't think I did anything wrong here, but I accept if the general census says otherwise.
