Kicker cost and Monstrous Vortex

Buddy is building an Eldrazi deck, he wants to have [[Monstrous Vortex]] on the field and is debating putting in [[Voidpouncer]]. We are not sure if the +1/+1 counters count as a 5 power creature since the counters aren't on the board until it enters, but we can see otherwise.

We saw this post: https://www.reddit.com/r/mtgrules/comments/1gwvfws/monstrous_vortex_and_slinza_triggers/

and are not sure. So would vortex go off if you cast the kicker?

Equipment and Thievery

Hello

Opponent A has [[Gonti, Night Minister]] and steals Opp B [[Blade of Selves]]. Opp A then attaches Blade of selves to a creature X he controls. Opp B then takes control of creature X. If Creature X dies, who gains control of Blade of Selves? Owner or caster of spell?

Base power/Toughness and Asterisk Power/Toughness

Opponent A has [[Korlash, Heir to the Blackblade]] and 10 swamps making him a 10/10. Opponent B plays [[Eyes of Nidhogg]] on Korlash. We had a question on what it's P/T becomes? Korlash still has his ability, but is this a timestamp rule?

Blink and Board wipes

Hello,

We had a pretty long and late game last night and we weren't firing on all cylinders. I got to the point where I could win with a [[Cyclonic Rift]] Overloaded because my opponent had 20 dinos on board.

I cast CR and Opponent responds by paying for [[Emiel the Blessed]] 3 mana blink ability on [[Ghalta, Stampede Tyrant]]. So (A) Ghalta Blinks out, then CR goes off, then Ghalta comes back in and all his creatures are back.

Since we were tired, I didn't argue it, but I thought (B) the entirely of Emiel's blink ability would go off, so Ghalta would blink, come back, then CR would go off bouncing all his creatures to hand.

Which scenario is correct? A or B

Resurgent Belief and Auras entering interactions

Opponent has [[Resurgent Belief]] cast on the stack after the suspend counters are done. He then [[Sheltered by Ghosts]] enters the battlefield enchanted to one of his creatures and chooses to exile an opponents HEXPROOFED minion.

So I didn't know that when an enchantment enters, it gets around hexproof (per Resurgent Beliefs rule box), but I would like clarification on why this is the case.

Rule: "If an effect puts an Aura onto the battlefield under your control, you choose what it enters attached to. It must be something that it could legally enchant, but not necessarily something it could target if it were on the stack. For example, you could attach an Aura with enchant creature to an opponent's creature with hexproof, but not to a creature with protection from enchantments."

I have multiple questions on this entire interaction in general for auras:

  1. Does this get around ward and shroud as well?
  2. For [[Sheltered by Ghosts]] he can enchant his own permanent but hexproof still stops the exile trigger right?
  3. Is this the case if I cast [[Imprisoned in the Moon]] on a creature? Like if it has hexproof, since the the aura is ENTERING, can it get around hexproof?
  4. And in general, is enchanting a targeted ability? I am thinking about [[Gargos, Vicious Watcher]] in particular if it gets enchanted by lets say [[Visions of Brutality]] or keep it simple, Imprisoned in the Moon

I was ignorant when he first told us that Auras entering get around hexproof but I was pretty sure Sheltered by ghosts couldn't exile hexproofed creatures.

Sorry if this is a nooby question, had never known this interaction before

Flickering Ward and infinite protection

Opponent played [[Flickering Ward]] and chose green. Then on his next turn he flickered it and replayed it and said black.

He said that his protection from black and green now and the rest of the table said no, he lost green.

He said "this effect doesn't remove the aura" means he gets to stack protection.

I said that the aura is the one granting protection, so if it ever leaves it loses the protection from previous plays.

Do Prepared Spells interact with storm?

New to storm in general and buddy is playing prismari precon. He a creature enters prepared, a copy of its spell enters exile which he can then cast. Our question is:

  1. Does casting the COPY of the spell from exile add to the storm counter for that turn?

  2. If he gives all his spells storm, does the COPY of that spell also get storm?

Just confused because prepared says a copy of the spell goes into exile which then the player can cast. From what I've read I'm not 100% if storm interacts with copies.
