They really taste like wotsits!!!
I went to Asda today and got these and I cannot believe it, they actually taste like wotsits. I'd seen people say these are a good alternative but I didn't think they would be this good!!!

My daughter is having antibiotics (Phenoxymethylpenicillin) and I feel awful giving them to her, we have to force it into her mouth and she gets so upset. She had it in her morning milk this morning and left the tiniest bit of that, but she has to have it 4 times a day and she only has milk twice a day so we can't do that every time. How does everyone get their babies to have medicine without it being a bad experience for them?
My 13 month old daughter has been unwell for about a week. Last Friday she was crying a lot and we couldn't figure out why, it was a warm day and we thought she was just too hot, we tried a lot of things to cool her down but that night her temperature was 39.5 at one point. We phoned 111 during the night as her temperature was high and she was breathing very fast, more than 60 breaths per minute. In the days after she had a runny nose and started getting a cough after a few days. She's barely been eating anything the past week and isn't her normal self, she usually only has one nap a day but some days this week has had 3 or 4 and she's sleeping about 14 hours at night too. I thought she just had a cold, a few family members have had colds recently so I thought she must have caught it from them.
Anyway, today she woke up and was very different, she wanted to be cuddled and if I wasn't cuddling her then she would just lie down on the floor which was really worrying, she had no interest in playing with her toys or anything. Her temperature was high and has been high all day, highest was 39.9! Also breathing very fast, when she's asleep she's breathing fast, again it's about 60 breaths a minute. There's also a rattling sort of sound when she breathes a lot of the time and her cough sounds really uncomfortable. We managed to get her a doctor's appointment today and went there this afternoon where she was diagnosed with tonsillitis and prescribed antibiotics. I really don't believe that she has tonsillitis, to me it sounds like bronchiolitis, she has most of the symptoms, started off like a cold etc.
I'm not really sure what to do. I feel like she needs to go to the hospital because I'm worried about now fast she's breathing but I've been told to just give her the antibiotics and listen to the doctor. At the doctor's appointment she was crying quite a lot. She cried whilst he looked in her mouth and he said her tonsils are inflamed. She also cried a lot while he listened to her chest. We mentioned she had been breathing fast but he didn't spend any time letting her calm down so that he could see himself how fast she was breathing, she was crying so was breathing differently during the appointment.
I'm just looking for some advice and wondering if anyone else has experienced this with their babies/toddlers, would you get a second opinion, go to a&e/call 111? I'm feeling quite stressed as family members are messaging me telling me I should listen to the doctor as they know best, they're making me feel like they think I'm a bad parent
I've seen people struggling to get vegan ice cream recently so here's a picture I took in Sainsbury's yesterday. My favourites are the Judes minis and the Ben & Jerry's Bohemian Raspberry, both are nectar price at the moment 😍
The stuff on the bottom shelf isn't vegan but everything above is
