Risk management, new to Tradovate

Hi guys, I am confused on to trade on Tradovate. For example, I would like to risk $500 per trade, how do I know how much quantity should I trade? Do I need to really count my entry, SL and TP to know how many quantity I should trade? Wouldnt that make me enter at a bad price since I need to count which slows me down

Job Hopping, wasnt satisfied with the salary Ive gotten

For context, Ive been unemployed for almost 2months now and Ive gotten a job offer with 26% increment however I feel that I can get higher than that salary. I have not started the job yet but will start in next month. (03/08/2026)

If I were to take that job and continue searching, what will the next employer think of me leaving the company I just joined so soon provided that I have not found any job till next month or during my probation? How should I frame this to my next employer?

Also, should I be adding this new current job to my CV when searching for another job? Or can I just use back my old CV? but I am afraid that if they ask me for a payslip, I might not be able to provide them anymore as I have already resigned. Or can i use this new job salary to look for higher pay?

Thanks a bunch
