line progression, with dpt

triggered september 18, transferred a frozen 5 day embryo on september 25. i am unsure how to feel after 6 years of infertility and no children. cautiously happy. also a little terrified that the lines arent dark at this point. chatgpt says that is concerning :( im confused as ever on what to think.

▲ 3 r/DOR

first, my details:
- 35 years old, ttc for 5 years
- 1 miscarriage
- stage 2 endo
- DOR (amh = 6.1 and fsh = 13-18)

i have had 4 iuis and so far, 2 cancelled ivf cycles (first was cancelled because fsh was too high, second was canceled because although fsh was still high, they said i was consistently high and started me anyways. i ended up with less than 2 dominant follicles so it was cancelled).

my protocol for the second cycle was:
- gonal-f: 250 iu daily
- menopur: 75 iu daily
- letrozole: 5 mg daily for 5 days
- cetrotide: added later (to prevent ovulation)

my confusion is around DOR. i feel when i read about DOR i see rates much lower than mine, some as low as 0.1. how can i have DOR if my amh is 6.1?

can someone tell me what to expect in my next try when we eventually try again? ie. meds and dosages?

what am i missing? i feel like i am losing my mind these days i dont get anything anymore
