Is this medication side effects or a PCOS flare up, or something else?

I was recently diagnosed with PCOS a couple of months ago, and so far I’ve had the common symptoms: irregular periods, fatigue, etc. (thankfully I don’t have cysts).
I’m also on metformin (1000mg a day for 4 months now) + zepbound (2.5mg for the first 4 weeks and 5mg for the past 7 weeks) as prescribed by my doctor to help me lose weight. I’m a female, 20 years old, 156cm tall, I weigh 76kg (I’m working on losing weight and have lost 11kg since late February), I don’t smoke, and I’m from Ontario.
Here’s where I need help: usually, my periods are manageable, still painful, but manageable. The last period I had though, which was about 2 weeks ago, was one of the most painful ones I’ve ever had. It was definitely top 3. After it ended, I expected my cramps to end, however, they haven’t. It’s nothing painful, but it’s definitely uncomfortable. These cramps have stayed for the last 2 weeks, and honestly I’m just getting annoyed as to why they’re still here. I can’t take painkillers because it’s not like it hurts. Moreover, I’ve also been having period-like cramps (very very very intense ones in my pelvis) every time I need to do a number 2. These cramps get so painful that I break out in sweat, get chills, and need to immediately find relief. Even after I find a washroom, they stay for like 20 minutes. I’ve noticed now that sometimes when I need to use the restroom for a number 2 and I don’t get the awful cramps, that I just won’t know I need to go because it doesn’t hurt. This has been happening for about a month now.
Bottom line, I wanna go to the doctor to get it checked, but I don’t want to go and be told that these things are normal side effects of PCOS or the current medications I’m on. What should I do? If these are just side effects of my meds or PCOS, how can I aid myself in feeling better?

TLDR: I’m having very light period cramps even tho my period ended, going to the washroom is extremely painful, and my last period was hell, but I don’t wanna go to the doctor and be told it’s normal for PCOS or my meds, what do I do?
