Georgia Mini not on the US/UK site

Georgia Mini not on the US/UK site

I can’t remember seeing discussion about this before, but along with other things dropping off the site the Georgia mini isn’t there anymore. And the Multrees compact wallet is what I also noticed.

Silk Bag Charms!

I am seeing a lot of quiet changes on this site, but this is an interesting new drop! Honestly I'd absolutely add one but I'm not sure I need a $125 charm right now :)

First IUI today!!

So my Doctor/practice does 2 IUIs actually - I did my trigger shot last night and I had IUI this morning and will have tomorrow morning. I'm curious if anyone else has had that timing experience? It seems like it works kind of well? Some prim-o sperm waiting about 24 hours or so after IUI before ovulation (which when doing timed intercourse is usually ideal I think), and then a second dose potentially once the follicle has 'popped'.

Overall procedure went SO quick and smooth I am so relieved. Last month was a bust, the 2.5mg letrozole screwed my whole cycle up, I don't think I ever had a mature follicle so no IUI. This round we did 5mg and I was bang on for progress! I had a 23mm and a 15mm yesterday so I'm guessing that bigger one is ready to go.

Up until now we've been thinking our factors are: my short luteal cycle and whatever issues go along with that, my husbands age (50+), and his morphology. We have a 3yo that we (apparently miraculously...) conceived naturally after like 4 months but this time around just nothing has happened for about a year.

Fingers crossed :)

First treatment cycle - and it was all very unexpected

Started Letrozole 2.5 on Day 3...was all excited to have my first ultrasound a week later to see how accelerated things may have gone! And nothing. I have a history of ovulating way over on day like 19-20 (based on Premom strip tests) and so I was content to go medicated for our first attempt with RMA. Cut to...CD 22 and still not 'thick and mature' as lining and follicles go, but closer. I go back 2 days later on CD 24 and "sorry looks like you may have ovulated" uhh what. I feel like this cycle is a dud because we barely even could do TI with the to make up for the upcoming lack of IUI.

TW: age (only mentioning because I know some have the opposite problem)

I was told at the start of our journey that for 37yo I have a really high AMH and follicle count so one of the nurses said they're not going to jump to higher Letrozole too quick.

But the 2.5mg seemed to do absolutely nothing for me, if anything it somehow lengthened my cycle? This all just happened yesterday so I'd still like to talk it through with my Dr and get her impression of what happened. It could be a totally errant cycle and it always was going to be regardless of treatment.

Anyway, just happy to join this group and share in others experiences!
