Like ppl noticing that Enrique suddenly regress three months, (in physical & mental ways) & the doctors either thinks it's abuse/ neglect or some kind of disability.
Three months is a long time for a baby.
Or a fanfic, where it revealed that NotEnrique was like a young teenager, and the trolls didn't know because of whatever spell Morgana did to make them into a changeling. NotEnrique gets real name, and adopted.
