Will I be promoted at this job this year?
This chart has a few factors that leave me confused as a beginner to horary astrology (perhaps as signified by the Saturn in the 7th lol). I asked "will my job want to promote me this year?" (the time that we will sit down and have this review will be in August, so I do not expect anything immediately, but I asked this question in consideration of how I'm building up to August and what the outcome will be during the review).
On one hand, the 1st lord (and 10th lord) is fairly dignified. However, it's not exactly seeing the moon anymore, which is separating (and also the 11th lord). There is an exact sextile between Moon and Saturn, which is relevant since Saturn is 6th lord and triplicity ruler of the 10th cusp, but Saturn itself is fallen. Additionally, the ruler of the 2nd is angular, however, it's moving away from the angle and not making any notable aspects.
Personally, I'm seeing mixed signals from this that have me hesitant to decide on an answer. I'd love if anyone could provide me some clarity on this. Thank you very much.
