I am terrible at keeping up with healthy habits.

I just can't seem to stick with it. Gym, eating healthy, sticking with a new project, sleeping, or anything else. It's very easy for me to know what to do, but it feels impossible to stick with a healthy habit longer than a couple weeks.

I don't know if I'm just lazy or what. Any advice on sticking with a habit, for example doing 50 pushups first thing in the morning, or going for a run before bed. I really believe if I could figure this one thing out, I'd be able to turn my life around.
