What went on here?
Went on a 1-hr run today. Zone 2 with a 10-min block (45:00-55:00) at race pace. Around minute 32 I started getting sudden spikes in my HR. It would shoot up to 170 and then just like that drop to 150.
After a few times I removed the H10 so my Vantage M2 would take the HR readings.
Could it be the strap? It doesn’t have any visible signs of wear and tear, but it’s a couple years old and I’ve been using it more lately.
