Bought a frozen grape and JFC today. Asked the “manager” to replace my frozen grape or refund it or even change the flavour because it was white and frothy, (tasted disgusting) and she said “that’s just how it comes, what do you want me to do?” Then I asked about the lettuce, and she said that I can pay for “extra” lettuce if I want more. What the fuck?

Edit: I am being downvoted. Probably by hungry jacks employees that are mad about me expecting them to function like people with common sense.

No help option?

I just spent $50 on an order with uber eats. They delivered it to my neighbor instead, and completed the order. My neighbor said they told the driver they didnt order anything and the driver left with the food. So the driver stole my food. Now i ordered in the website with an account and whe i press help, a stupid ai bot says I can only get help in the app. So i go into the app with the SAME ACCOUNT, and my recent order isnt there. Wtf?? How do I get my money back,
