Dass der Wohnungsmarkt grad komplett am Oarsch is, wissen wa ja eh. Aber mir würds echt arg interessieren welche Deppaten sich die Preise hier ausdenken. Mietpreis schon mal garantiert viel zu hoch für was man sieht. Da sind Wohnungen die 2 Weltkriege durchgemacht haben inseriert für den Preis einer Niere pro Monat. Oder dann auch Drecksneubauwohnungen die den ganzen Monatsgehalt kosten.

Die etwas guten Wohnungen sind da eh schon weg obwohl sie gerade erst inseriert wurden, oder wo die Vermieter/Makler n Haufen Drecksschweine sind (ich weiss sinds se net alle)

Neulich einen Besichtigungstermin gehabt, nur dass ich keinen eigentlich hatte. Früh aufgetaucht, Umgebung angeschaut, potenzielle Nachbarn befragt nur um da blöd eine halbe Stunde rumzustehen. Schließlich nach seiner Kontaktinformation gesucht, angerufen, nur um gesagt zu werden dass die Wohnung weg ist und dass ich einen “schönen Tag haben sollte”.

Just wanted to ask for some advice or second opinions on an ongoing dispute I have with my landlord.
I got a Nachzahlungsrechnung at the beginning of the year for utility costs I need to pay for the past 2 years I’ve lived in my apartment. But the bill itself was huge and in the thousands, I live by myself and see myself as someone who doesn’t use much water or heating. Apparently I’m still on the higher end of a single person’s usage but still not high enough for there to be thousands in costs.

I’ve disputed the bill and asked for invoices for all of the ones I was questioning. Additionally he was billing me costs for which the deadline has already passed. He then only sent me the invoices he already sent me before. Most of them just bank statements from what he got charged for and wanted to relay onto me.

So I’ve sought some legal advice, they told me not to pay the bill and ended up only writing an email saying that there are some contractual issues with how the Betriebskosten are billed and how they are not clear and put me at a disadvantage. They said that these costs can be disputed in court and that there might be even a reimbursement for me. But I don’t want to take this to court due to all of the stress. But my landlord still is disputing and wants me to pay the insanely high bill.

Any advice, opinion and or help is appreciated.
