Another toe loop question

I’ve been wearing my chacos for over a year now, they have quickly become my go to shoes and I love everything about them. However, I did buy the toe loop variation on a whim assuming they would fit me fine. I have skinny toes, honestly skinnier than most ppls, but no matter how much I would loosen the toe strap, they would tighten right back up within a few hours of wear. I only dealt with it for a few months before I made the decision to just walk on top of the toe loop all the time. They’re pretty cemented and can’t be adjusted again. I liked the look of the toe loop better, what was I doing wrong and is it too late to adjust them back?

When the electrician first comes and talks to Clark, he knocks on the wall and causes a calendar to fall into seemingly nothingness. Is this slight foreshadowing to things no clipping into the backrooms?

Haven’t seen anyone mention this and I noticed it on my second watch

Workplace violence

There is a coworker of mine who has been known the throw fits, like slamming things and hitting stuff. It was never reported until recently, when he punched a box so hard that he broke his hand and had to go home. There was an official report made about it. This happened about a month ago, and he was just given his original position back. Does this not violate their code of ethics? Shouldn’t he have lost his job? I’m worried he’ll move on to assaulting people next.
