8 months old car, mrf wanderer stock tyres has a buldge. Will it be covered under warrenty?

I think the cleaner used the cloth with wax polish on my screen and now whenever I run wiper it gets milky and hazy for a few second before it gets cleared.

Is there a way to sort this out?
