Young and Turnt as a Caseworker

Guys are you able to live your life as a caseworker while still being able to go out and have a good time? I’m young, newer to this job (and granted, it is a lot to ingest don’t get me wrong) but I’d still like to live my life!! Current caseworkers, have you lost the ability to be out on the town because of casework as a career?

How do I have a safe sex convo with the guy I like?

I’ve been talking with this guy and we’re very very very into each other! He disclosed to me today, but I’m not sure what type of herpes he has, he is taking medication and mentioned his last OB was a month ago.

Overall, I do want to continue things with him, but I’d like to be as safe as possible - I accept that I am taking a risk - but any advice that you all could offer would be very appreciated :)

Also, how should I go about telling him that I’d like to do things safely? Should I mention that we should both get tested? I’m just wondering the best way to go about this.

Thank you!

Social Work Career?

Hello all!

I recently graduated with my BSW and I’m looking for a job in Denver or surrounding areas, if anyone has any idea I’d appreciate it!

I’ve checked out the nonprofit job board and the social work job board for Denver and it’s just not working, most places want a MSW or 5 years experience and I have neither (lol).

Any help would be very appreciated!! <3
