due to my big girlies they have those bra dints + work 8hrs a day they are so sore and always feel weak and stiff .. a massage is calling my name but is there anything to do until then

what could have caused this reaction?
so i’m just here to say yesterday i had real bad allergic reaction to something but idk exactly what my eyes literally puffed up and i almost couldn’t see i went to ER got some pills and a shot , the only thing i ate that day was chinese orange chicken and lomein , and a cuties orange anyone know what could possibly caused this? i have no known allergies
