Where can I find straps?
It seems like the strap that it comes with is sewn into the housing unit.
How does this come off?
I'm assuming that I have to use the same housing unit with a replacement strap?

Sharing a 'before' picture and then the rest are after I cut away the doorstop to see what was going on behind it. I cleaned out a bunch of rotted wood in there. No idea how water is getting in there. There are no pipes there. Not really a spot where water accumulates from rain either
The good news, I think, is at least from the outside what was damaged had been looking like that for bit, at least two or three years or more. I don't remember when I first noticed. We just hadn't looked into it yet.
Any feedback from anyone that's dealt with something like this before? Gonna poke at it again later this week to see if any other wood is soft but I think I got most of the damaged wood out.
