Found out I'm going to lose my job, let the unfucking begin!

This post is for anyone going through it, to let you know that you are not alone. My story: I have Depression, ADHD, and OCD. It has been a journey trying to figure out which meds work for me, so I kind of let my house go while trying to at least keep it together at work. Then I left to visit family for a couple of months. While visiting family, I found out that my company is changing ownership and the new owners aren't going to need any current employees. The good news is that while grieving the job loss, I realized my new meds are working bc I didn't want to kill myself and I suddenly have motivation to get my life together. I bought the book 'How to Keep House While Drowning' that was recommended on here, started reading, and decided that today is the day to start unfucking for 20 minutes a day. I'd love to spend more time resetting my space, but really need to focus on finding a new job first. Then once I get a job, I'll reward myself w/more time to focus on cleaning. I'm posting here to hold myself accountable and to offer support to others going through the same thing. I am so glad I found this community, let the unfucking begin!

Day 2, Terrible Insomnia

I'm on day 2 of Qelbree, which I take in addition to Wellbutrin. On day 1, I took both meds together and felt ok until bed time, then had crazy insomnia. So today I broke it up - Wellbutrin in a.m. and Qelbree in p.m. I slept 4 hours last night and should be out cold right now but am wired AF. That's it, that's my story.

Back on Wellbutrin, back to insomnia

After a 6 month roller coaster of trial and error, I'm back on Welbutrin baby! I also take 50 mg Straterra.

I am awake for the 3rd night in a row pondering if I'm rather be fat, depressed, or higly anxious instead of taking thess meds...

But at least I'l not depressed!

Is this PD? 44 yr old female that has tried everything

I thought I had hormonal acne bc it flairs up on my chin before I get my period, but is it PD? I am constantly getting white heads and red inflammation on my chin, next to outside of eyes, and on face. I have tried using gentle skin cleansers, no fragrance, light moisturizers, etc, w/no luck. Any suggestions are appreciated!
