Is this company actually real? They attempted to deliver my parcel out of hours and has been at the warehouse ever since (almost two weeks) I have tried emailing them and using their chatbot and getting no response? I tried calling them aswell but got no answer.

I have never submitted a card to PSA before, and was just hoping for some help.
I want to buy a card on eBay and get it sent for grading through eBay, as I’m in Australia and have a locker in the US it seems a lot easier to do it this way.
The main question I have is can I do authenticate only? It’ll be for a 1/1 sport card and I don’t really want a number grade but to just have it in a slab as authentic. Do eBay provide that as an option or do they only do the numerical grade?
Again sorry if it’s an easy answer, I checked the FAQ’s but there seems to be no mention of it.
