Hate would have my face

Among insane quarrels and wars quite long,

Blue is my soul by the effect I've borne .

Months sweep and flowers bloom.

Moon decays with an ugly loom .

​

Ugly , a word doesn't suit me when I say ,

No matter how picturesque ,

time could never stay .

​

Only the war stays , dead stories revived by the hate, 

If there was a face given to it ,

the hate would have my face .

Because I am a product of a relation built on the bricks of anonymity,

Never to heaven nor to hell , nomadic paradise is the place i'd dwell .

I'm actually going to buy the book " lust for life " but I'm constantly thinking if lana got inspired by this book ? Because the title is just iconic and self explanatory with deep meaning.
