Have a TORQ DA and my backing pad finally let go. I bought a replacement TORQ pad, and not only is the thread different, but it's not possible to mount it correctly. The original is attached using a bolt, while the new one is designed to thread on, while holding the DA spindle with a wrench. I could cut away the plastic DA housing to do this if the thread was the same, but I would also have to add additional washers to prevent interference, as the stack height is different.

After researching further, it looks like I need TORQ200, which is no longer made. What do I do? I see one company that looks like they offer a similar plate on Amazon, but I don't want to be stuck in this situation again.
