بنات الي موجودين بقروب الديسكورد انا طلعت منه لأن وصلت مسجات سبام و مو متأكدة بس كانوا صور و عليهم دعاية 😂 خفت ان هكر و طلعت على طول من غير تفكير بس الحين احس اني غلطانة و استعيلت، فا اذا انتوا موجودين بالقروب بليز ضيفوني و ثانكيو 🥺🫶🏻

I used to have long, thick hair (not trying to hype myself up, I promise 😂), but I've recently lost a significant amount of weight and I'm still hoping to lose more.
I noticed my hair shedding for a while, but I didn't think much of it because I tend to lose hair when I'm stressed or going through a difficult time. I assumed it was just that. However, I recently got a haircut and realized just how much thinner my hair has become, and honestly, it's making me really sad. :(
For those of you who have experienced hair loss after weight loss, did your hair eventually return to its original thickness once your weight stabilized? Also, are there any clinics, vitamins, treatments, or products that helped stop or reverse the shedding?
