Hello guys.

I have a very flat paranasal region and subsequently have terrible NL folds there too. I was wondering if piriform fossa filler could be DIY-ed here? I've seen a few comments saying its high-risk. I've previously done filler supraperiosteal on my chin and gonial angles. Another question too. How effective is toxin to the temporalis in slimming my temples down? My temporal region bulges a lot and its horrible. I have to cover the sides with my hair and my zygo arch is unseeable from the front as a result (without my hair covering it). It also gives me headaches whenever I chew. Any help would be much appreciated.
