2004 BMW 325xi M54 Engine
Was sitting for a year and the starter died.
Changed the starter and I had it tested before installing. Now it just makes this sound.
Sounds like the flywheel is spinning but nothing is happening

Is this the sound of all 6 spark plugs being dead?
Kind of lost on how to continue, any help is appreciated. Thanks:)

New starter and tried to start and it’s making a noise i don’t recognize/can’t diagnose. Starter slid right in and i compared the position of the gears before seating it, seemed like a perfect fit.

New starter and vacuum lines.
