leather sneakers that crease cleanly vs ones that crack, what's the difference?

Noticed my leather sneakers are starting to crease on the toe box and i'm trying to figure out if this is normal leather aging or a sign of bad quality

from what i understand:

- real leather creases but stays intact

- synthetic leather cracks and starts flaking

but how do you tell before you buy? and does price always equal quality here or are there cheaper options with genuinely good leather?

been burned by 'leather' sneakers that started peeling at 3 months

Have You Tried Nearshore Staffing? What’s Your Opinion?

I’ve been researching nearshore staffing lately and wanted to hear real experiences from people who’ve actually worked with nearshore teams. On paper, the benefits seem clear, better time zone alignment, easier communication, and potentially smoother collaboration compared to offshore models.

For those who’ve used nearshore staffing, did it actually improve productivity and teamwork? Or did you still run into the same challenges as traditional outsourcing

Canvas sneakers with contrast stitching, simple but hits different

sometimes you dont need leather or mesh, just a clean canvas shoe that goes with jeans

the white contrast stitching on black is doing all the work here. minimal branding too which i prefer

picked these up for around 2k and honestly wearing them more than shoes that cost me 3x

underrated silhouette imo

my flip flops finally died and im debating between getting new flip flops or switching to slides

people who use slides daily:

are they actually more comfortable than flip flops?

do they last longer?

can you wear them outside or do they look too "bathroom slipper"?

also any specific brands that have decent cushioning? tired of flat rubber that makes my feet hurt after 30 minutes.
