Has anyone successfully reduced visceral gut sensitivity?

Has anyone found a way to significantly reduce or completely get rid of visceral sensitivity in the gut? My pain doesn’t seem tied to any particular food and so diet changes haven’t made a difference. It feels like my stomach has become overly sensitive to normal sensations. There’ll be days where everything feels completely fine followed by days when the pain just won’t let up. It’s really impacted my life and can be very difficult to sit through when the pain starts.

I’ve always had some stomach issues but regular pain like this is new for me. I have hyoscyamine for flares when it becomes unbearable but I’m looking for something that can reduce the underlying sensitivity over time instead of just masking the symptoms. Has anyone found anything helpful, preferably something non-prescription that’s easy to buy over the counter?

Finally Got FP&A Role but It’s Not What I Imagined

I spent years working towards an fp&a position and finally landed in this role within a division at a large company. I was expecting to do variance analysis, budgeting, reporting, or forecasting but instead I spend all day pulling and cleaning up data from various systems, checking to see if everything sitting in our books is booked correctly and moving charges around where necessary. I’m manually copy pasting data from one file to another constantly and formatting things to match each file’s specific style. Is this what non-manager roles at large companies consist of? I don’t have anything to compare it to so just curious what other people’s day to day looks like.

Yahama P-125 Keys Not Making Sound Sometimes

Sometimes the keys on my piano don’t make a sound when pressed while playing but other times they do. Does anyone know what could be causing this and how it can be fixed? I’ll take the piano apart if needed but wanted to see if that’s the best option before taking that on that task. Thank you!
