My junkyard 5.3 (or 4.8, who knows) with a TSP cam and ls1 intake. Just an absolute blast to drive.

I have a 4160 Holley, vacuum secondary carb on a 289 ford. After shutdown, it appears to be burping fuel down through the secondaries. I’ll be adding a phenolic spacer to try and cut down heat soaking; anything else I should be looking at?

We picked up the red car for $5k a couple months ago, redid all the brakes and rebuilt the carb, spruced up the interior and put some fresh tires on it and it’s a driver. Don’t stress about making them perfect, just get them driving and go enjoy them!

Joined the club this month! Bought a pair of coupes to mess around with. The red 67 will be my wife’s, 289/auto. I have a TKO500 lined up for the 68, but it needs floor pans and some interior work. Goal is to (as $$ and time allows) build the 68 to look like a trans am car.
