Advice please

It's my 3rd day on Wegovy 1mg after being on usual 0.25 and 0.5mg of ozempic.
The first day was fine but the second day the moment i woke up i had the worst headache of my life i thought i would pass out, now i am generally a personal with high pain tolerance but this was too much.
Third day i had diarrhoeas with terrible tummy ache ! like when you are in labour omg ! so bad !
I don't want to lower the doses as 0.5mg didn't do much for me.
Just wanted to ask if this happened with someone else too? Does it go away like your body starts accepting the higher dose or will it be like that throughout?

Thanks 🙏

Gift ideas for Husband

I am out of options guys !! Help

I have given him things he really liked but never bought for him over these years like ps5, airpods, watches, soda machine, coffee machine, high end perfumes.

I love gifting people something they actually want rather than just giving them what i like.
I have been bugging my husband to tell me what he wants but he said he doesn't need anything.

I need some help please, he is a very hard working guy never buys stuff for himself and i would love to give him something he would genuinely like.

Any suggestions would be appreciated

I moved to a place i didn't even know existed 3 years and found my passion again

Three years ago, I moved to Australia without even knowing Tasmania existed.
Now I live here, and somehow I ended up in a place that has completely reignited something I’ve always loved, photography.
I’ve realised I’m not that interested in chasing trending locations or creating the same travel shots we’ve all seen before.
I want to capture **how a place feels.**
An empty road with no one around. Clouds rolling over the mountains. A completely still beach. Fog in the morning. The light changing during an ordinary drive home.
Those are the moments that made me fall in love with Tasmania.
I’m still learning, experimenting and finding my own style, but I feel incredibly lucky that moving to Australia brought me somewhere that inspires me to pick up my camera and create.
Eventually, I’d love to travel across Australia and photograph it the same way. Not just showing people **where I went**, but hopefully making them feel a little of **what it was like to be there**.
For the photographers and travellers here, **where in Australia should I take my camera next?**
Especially somewhere quiet, overlooked or not constantly appearing on social media. 📸

Three years ago, I moved to Australia without even knowing Tasmania existed i was living at the other side of the world, had hear about Melbourne, Sydney and other popular places but never Tassie.

Now I live here and i can not be more happier♥️
I have realised I am not that interested in chasing trending locations or creating the same travel shots we usually all see that's not my style, i want to show world what i feel at that exact moment through my lens.

I want to capture how a place feels.
The sounds i hear, the people i see, the mountains and the sea! How it feels like to actually to be here.

I am still learning, experimenting and finding my own aesthetics but I feel incredibly lucky that moving to Australia brought me somewhere that inspires me to pick up my camera again and create.
