Autosoft xc leaking back out insertion

3 out of the last 4 infusion sets that I have used have leaked exactly as shown in the video.That video was a 3 unit bolus immediately after insertion. I have checked every one after the first because I don't trust them now. Its coming out of where the needle for the insertion goes through. I don't have them in front of me right now but they all had an expiration in 2027. I looked through my supplies and I have 4 boxes from the same lot. I am going to call tomorrow and see what they say.

Keep having to login with my phone on both MPC's

Since the last update I have randomly every few days gotten logged out of both my MPC one and MPC live and have to use my phone or a computer to login and verify my account and then reactivate all my purchases. Is this a bug, or something weird going on with my account? I will admit I didn't use either device for about a month during the end of Feb into March because I was focusing on Logic pro and a new hardware synth at the time. When I turned both of them on one day a few weeks ago they both had updates available and I updated them and had to login and activate after the update, but it has happened once on my MPC one since then and twice on my live. Both are always connected to my network so its not an issue with phoning home for activation.
