How strictly is it enforced or followed?
I want to know if Section 37 of The Aadhaar (Targeted Delivery of Financial and Other Subsidies, Benefits and Services) Act, 2016, which specifically addresses the penalty for disclosing identity information without proper authorization, is in a day to day life even cared. I hear so many times how we get aadhar information leaked and how no action even is taken
