Apologies in advance, I'm a guitar player looking for a specific solution. I would like to trigger ambient noise during my band's live set. I came across SamplerBox and wanted to know what you all think.

I'm looking to create a small device which will allow me to play about 5 sounds. Will a Pi and SamplerBox allow me to create a small device with buttons to set on the ground and press during the live set?

Hey everyone, found this on a stoop in an empty frame. It was behind the cardstock, face down. I opened the frame and was so surprised! The text at the bottom reads: “London. Pub. Nov. 1820 by Baldwin Cradock (? can’t tell the first letter) & Joy.”

Hello everyone! This is my first bowed instrument, and I’m so excited to hit the path to learning it. I play guitar, and coming over to viola is super challenging (but super fun!)

The person I bought this from had no info on it, just that it belonged to her ex from Oregon.

Is this a piezo mic on here?

Any beginner advice is also appreciated! I began watching Fiddlehed and really like the guy but didn’t see any viola videos on his channel. Trying to construct a productive daily practice routine.
