I assume the answer is yes, because that's what I read everywhere, but with gas being record expensive and 87 being often $0.70/gallon more, is it a necessity? What makes this engine need 87 gas?
edit: I live at elevation and we have 85 Oct gas. not e85.
I saw a video on RA like a decade ago that said that after Movement, it city is pretty quiet. Has this changed or does the city go back to being a Midwest city with not a lot happening?

I'm trying to set up a payment plan before a lein is put out but every time I do it it says, "Payment Plan Submission Error. We are unable to process your request for a pre-assessed payment plan. Please try again later."
I tried clearing my cache, different payment plan options, and even selected other dates besides to pay on the 1st, which was suggested in other threads.
Anyone else experiencing this right now? I'm trying to figure out if it's me or the system.
