i have behringer umc 22 but any time i try to record there is a lot of buzz noise in the background, is it a problem of my mic or the audio interface, i have tried it with a different condenser mic and guitar but it doesn’t seem to alter the white noise type sound in the background even when everything around me is quiet?
i create music in my room, and i have not used acrual gears but now i would like for them to sound more professional what would you suggest me to buy for creating singer songwriter type music? is it better to buy and try to record at home with decent gears or should i go to a studio for vocal recording for ₹2500 per hour?
i am deeply passionate about music, but being pragmatic about the state of the industry and opportunities for people outside of that privilige, i wanted to know if there is any way one can make music and release it on side while having a 9-5 job, because as much as i know you are no allowed to have a youtube or arts while having a govt job. so what can be one’s options for the same? what jobs allow you to have a side income through music and youtube? can a clinical psychologist release music?
(for context: i am talking about india but am open to know the workings of the same abroad (i.e. having a job that let’s you release music and be on youtube)
