Craving Particular Cheese

So I came back from Bosnia and Herzegovina with a nice little wheel of delicious, smoked cheese called dimljeni sir. I'm nearly done with it, and I'm back in Paris and already looking for where I can get it, or at least an alternative. I also bought Vlašićki cheese (white, firm but not hard, low fat as well, reminds me a little of mozzarella), which I would also like to have again.

I've always loved the taste of lower fat, firm and hard cheese and I was never much into most of the cheese I've tried in Paris but I never bothered to really get into it. Can anyone recommend alternatives to these two cheeses or point me to where I can buy them in Paris? Thank you!

Hello! I apologise if this has been asked often but I would really like some perspective from people who know Romania well, especially the areas around Cluj-Napoca.

I love travelling to the countryside, or anywhere with beautiful nature - doesn't even have to be a crazy hike, I'm not that much of an adrenaline junkie. I'm a photographer that dislikes big cities and I'm not one for statues or museums. I'm just a girl that likes castles, lakes, mountains, etc. I love staying in cabins, treehouses, or any special home in nature I usually find on Airbnb. I travel alone, I don't drive, and I get around cheap.

Given my circumstances, what would you recommend I do for 3 days in Cluj? I'm landing at the airport Cluj-Napoca on the 15th of May. I have heard of the Turda Gorges and the Apuseni mountains, both of which I really want to visit, but I would love to know more. In all my solo travels I have figured out local buses and I am not opposed to it, as long as it's nothing too hectic.

Thank you for any advice!
