What do I do during recovery?

Hello hello! Got my lisfranc injury on 09/12, had surgery on 10/05:) I’m a busy person and being non weight bearing and unable to even do things like laundry unassisted is driving me crazy. How do you guys pass the time while immobile? I’m lucky to only have one screw in my foot, but I am lowkey losing my mind and going stir crazy, and it hasn’t even been a week! I have a remote job, but not being able to play my sport, walk to the gym or do yoga is busting my balls. Any advice welcome! Thanks for welcoming me to the club:)

Am I cooked

I spray down my mat at the end of every class (I either do vinyasa, pilates or hot 26 & 2 the most frequently) with the spray provided at my studio. Then I hang it up to dry over my closet door. I use a mat towel almost every time. I’m a REALLY sweaty girl which is fine I’ve learned to embrace it. Buutttt I’m wondering if I can wash my mat somehow because this is so bad. I saw a post a while back that said you could see the yogussy sweat stain and yea I felt that in my soul. Sooo any advice on getting these sweat stains out would be MUCH appreciated! I have the Manduka Grp Adapt mat!

Not sure if this was with this book “incurable gifts”, but found this in my little free library and can’t decipher it.

Hardwood floor grime?

Hi! Any tips to get this grime and built up dirt out of the hardwood would be MUCH appreciated. Don’t want to scratch it but unsure how to approach! It’s been there for like a year ish? Maybe longer?

Thank you in advance!!!

Grooming appt - appropriate tip %?

Hi! I’m taking my two fat fluffy boys to the groomer tomorrow for the first time since November. Because they haven’t been groomed in a while (but regularly brushed at home), they have acquired some matting behind their ears on my big boy and just a thick layer of old winter hair on my smaller guy. The groomer is charging $100-125/dog (very reasonable imo). With that, I wasn’t sure if 20% tip is standard? Or if I should do more because they are such a large breed and it takes a lot of labor (and love) to give them a spa day! Appt will consist of bath and blow out, nail trim & clean ears. Thank you in advance for your input!
