I noticed very thin, dark, hair like tiny worms in the soil around the base of the plant. They only become visible when I water the plant and seem to come up from between the soil and the stem. I usually do the tray method, but sometimes pour water over it and that’s when I notice it.

Does anyone know what they are? Are they harmful, and what’s the best way to get rid of them without harming the plant? Unsure if it is soil or plant related?
