Long story short, i applied to target because lately tjmaxx just HASNT been it. no hours, not enough pay for all the work i put in, etc. thing is, for target, im only a seasonal hire so i may or may not get laid off after the holidays are over.

i was wondering what to do about my current job though? should i talk to my store manager about it and find a way to work around both schedules or is it possible to take a temporary leave from tjmaxx for this target job?

IF target offers me a permanent spot, i will take it of course but i just need to know how to go about both jobs.

i have two accounts, my main one and another account that i just recently made but every time i do ANYTHING, join servers, dm someone, add someone, the app is CONSTANTLYYY asking if im human. my account even got a violation for “spam” but i only ever dm’d one person, ONE message. i verified my email and i even added 2FA. how do i get discord to stop flagging me and asking if im human 24/7..?

Now i do have a vpn on because my sibling actually gotten their account banned awhile back for “child safety” (he didnt even say anything bad) and I was worried they’ll link my account near his IP and ban me so i been having a vpn on a few months.

is it my vpn or is it something else?

hi this is my first time ever making a reddit post😭 but i was curious about something. i been getting spam reported in servers lately due to some online drama going on and ill sometimes recieve violations on my account even though i said nothing inherently bad? what are the words that discord considers bad besides obviously any sort of slur.

do certain words like ugly, fat, loser, kid, minor etc give discord reason to add a violation to your account? i remember one time i got a violation for “child safety” but when it showed me the message that got me a violation it was completely dumb🥲 i was talking about someone being weird towards a minor in chat and said “ur weird thats a minor” and i got flagged because of it.

does anyone possibly know?
