xilonen on instructor

Which of these bums should i upgrade or replace so that this team can clear fearless later? I have nicole c0r0, but i don't know what artifact set to put her in so she's worse than xilonen

March choked hard towards the last 2 battle encounters ugh. I was literally 100hp in 3-5. Lost a low difficulty encounter and wasn't able to kill the last boss. This was the "I am Luocha" strategy btw, WC 48. I was fun when march(luocha) was oneshotting everyone. But then suddenly she can't kill anyone. Tried to put navigator buff on welt, but still the same ending.
